Microneedling with Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) aka “Vampire” facial
The ultimate skin rejuvenation procedure is achieved by combining Eclipse Micropen treatment with the extraordinary benefits of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP). During the procedure, a thin layer of PRP is applied to the skin while the Micropen’s tiny needles stimulate new collagen growth and push the PRP into deeper layers of the skin. The skin’s repair process along with the powerful rejuvenating properties of PRP result in a stronger dermis with softer wrinkles and improved skin texture.
- Improvement of deep and fine lines/wrinkles
- Brighter skin tone
- Smaller appearing pores
- Softer skin texture
- Firmer appearing skin
- Softening of acne scars
How it works
A medical grade device called the Eclipse Micropen uses 12 small needles along with vibration to create painless micro-injuries and channels over the entire skin surface of the face and neck. This process stimulates the body’s innate healing response deep within the dermal layer of your skin and also allows the PRP applied during treatment to penetrate deeper into the skin. This healing response signals specific cells and compounds to create new collagen and elastin which is what keeps the skin looking smooth and toned. This concept is important because as we age, new collagen is made only when signaled to do so. With the introduction of PRP, this new collagen stimulation is significantly amplified for the most skin rejuvenation benefits.
Platelet Rich Plasma, or PRP, is blood plasma with concentrated platelets and other growth factors that are gathered from your own blood sample. The essence of your blood contains life-giving fundamental proteins and growth factors that are designed to restore and strengthen your body. The use of PRP has long been used in a variety of aesthetic, surgical and wound care fields of medicine around the world. This revolutionary natural serum offers incredible skin rejuvenation by stimulating and rebuilding the underlying structural integrity of your skin with your own nutrient-rich cells. When introduced into deeper layers of the skin, PRP signals the cellular process for new tissue and collagen growth resulting in a smoother and more youthful appearance. PRP is excellent for improving skin texture, deep wrinkles, scars, and improving post procedure healing time.
What is SilkPeel Dermalinfusion?
DermalInfusion is an advanced treatment for skin resurfacing that combines exfoliation of dry and damaged skin cells, extraction of substances clogging the pores and infusion of serums into the skin to improve its health, function and look. It is noninvasive and fully customizable to address a variety of conditions and concerns on heat-to-toe skin of all types and tones.
The key to this treatment lies in its line of professional strength Pro-Infusion serums: ultra hydrating, skin-brightening, vitamin C and pore-clarifying. Each one has been specifically formulated after advanced research to target specific skin concerns, including fine lines, wrinkles, sallow skin, hyperpigmentation (dark spots, sun damage, PIH), dryness and dehydration, blemishes and rough skin texture.
How does It work?
This treatment works with unique technology that simultaneously polishes, massages and infuses serums into the skin to improve its plumpness, hydration, tone and texture. Infusing the skin at the moment of exfoliation maximizes the penetration, absorption and retention of active ingredients in the serums at optimal skin depth.
This is achieved using a handpiece with a diamond tip that creates closed-loop suction upon contact with the skin. It lifts the skin for extraction and abrasion and infuses rich serums into the skin with pneumatic pressure.
SilkPeel DermalInfusion can rejuvenate the skin, stimulate healthy cell renewal and reduce the appearance of stretch marks, cellulite, sun damage, wrinkles, back acne, dryness and discoloration. To customize treatments, the depth reached by the tip of each hand piece is adjustable. Low settings can treat stretch marks, rough skin and acne, while higher settings are designed to target cellulite, restore elasticity and provide deep lymphatic massages.
This method for advanced skin resurfacing obtains results within 30 minutes and requires no downtime. It can add volume to the skin by 70 percent, up to 72 hours post-treatment. It is gentle enough to use on the face, including eyes and lips, but also ideal for the chest, abdomen, back, legs, hands and feet.
