Definition/Diagnosis
If you have spent a lot of time outdoors over the years, whether sun-bathing, playing golf, gardening, farming, horseback-riding or just about any outdoor activity under the sun, and did not always protect yourself with a high-numbered SPF sunscreen, chances are you are now looking at the cumulative effects of sun-damage to your skin. While you might have enjoyed the tanned look on your skin over the years, now you may be looking at persistent rough scaly spots, blotchy skin pigmentation, sores that won’t heal or bleed, leather-like skin and wrinkles that make you look old and tired.
